Katie walked around the forest bored out of her mind. She tried cutting some trees with her sword, but that didn't really help at all.

"What are you doing?" A sulky voice called out from the forest. It was Hope who was wandering aimlessly around the forest trying to things straight inside her head but it wasn't really working. She appeared to Katie with a saddened face that matched her voice with the same new sweater and jeans she had been wearing before. "Are you trying to think too?"

"Not really.. Just bored.." Katie turned to Hope and noticed her sad look, "Hey, Whats wrong?" She said as she slowly made her way over to the girl.

Hope merely shook her head. "It's nothing. Don't worry about it. I've just been dealing with... some issues is all. Nothing out of the ordinary," She replied with her eyes set on the ground.

Katie scoffed, "We are all dealing with issues here. And besides I think I would be less bored if I tried and helped you with your problem." She stood there with her hand on the hilt of her sword.

"No. I don't want to unload my problems on you. There's no need for it. It won't fix anything," She responded, walking over to a small stump nearby and sitting down on it.

"Aww that's no fun." Katie said with a slight frown. "And I think it will help.. It would get a big weight of your shoulders." She said in a sing-song voice the would annoy the crap out of most people.

Hope finally just glared at the girl before heaving a big sigh. "Alright fine. If you must know, I just miss my mom. Oh, and my dad came back from living here in the forest for 15 years after everyone thought he was dead..."
